Law, justice, equality for medical-use cannabis

Justice by Design is a patient-led initiative committed to disability rights and equal access to prescribed medical cannabis where UK law still criminalises some forms of its medicinal and beneficial use.

We exist to help policymakers, clinicians, and patients see – and fix – the legislative design flaws that can make lawful care impossible.

We hope to do this by providing substantive evidence to government, and focusing on building relationships with government and individuals or organisations who are affected by the issues raised on this website.
